All Click & Collect orders are paid for so we will keep the order ready for you to collect.

For orders not collected we will get in touch by email / SMS to chase up, if after 21 days they are not collected we will return the items to stock and refund the order, confirmation of this will be sent by email.

Any queries then get in touch with the store the item was reserved for.
