A good quality pack should last for years of outdoor adventure so can be worth a repair if needs be. We sadly cannot repair your pack ourselves, but we can advise you on simple issues or help you send it to its original manufacturer for repairs, this keeps the product in use. Many of our brands offer excellent repair services. Osprey, as part of their almighty guarantee, will repair their packs free of charge as long as you have proof of purchase such as a receipt. Lowe Alpine has their own repair service which for a small cost will happily sort out any issues. We can also recommend Lancashire Sports Repairs as an independent service for all sorts of gear, some brands use them too.

In-store, we keep a small selection of spare parts for rucksacks such as replacement belt clips and fasteners for simple repairs too if that's enough to get the pack back in use.
