Important– Please contact us for a pre-paid returns label before sending a faulty item back. We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.
If your product is faulty and requires sending back to us then we will send you a pre-paid returns label – simply attach to the parcel and drop into your local Post Office. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required.
