We offer customer rewards online and in store, rewards are linked to your email address so we'll need that in store too when you shop with us.
Points stay on your account as long as you are an active shopper and buy from us online or in store at least once a year.
Points can be accrued and redeemed online or in store but will expire 12 months after the last time you you shop with us. this is regardless of when you gained the points. If subscribed you will get reward reminder emails sent to you so you know when points are expiring.
If you don't shop with using your Reward account then after 12 months it will become dormant, we won't send reward updates and the points will expire. As soon as you shop again we re-activate and you can accrue and spend points from your new purchases.
Please note it's only your reward account that becomes dormant, you will still have access to see online purchases in your website account if you have one.
