OR choose No printer Required option and show the QR code at your local Post Office to get the label and return.
Labels / QR codes will be emailed to you - note this can take up to 10 mins to arrive and always check spam if not received.

Where can I drop off my Return? - All locations shown are your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail Drop Off Point. Or Book a Free Collection once you have bought your label!
Can I return to a store? - Of course - your nearest store locations are shown on the portal, select and confirm to start the return process
I've not had my return label email? - Please check your spam just in case, please note emails take up to 10 mins to be sent
How long do I get to return my order? - 90 days as per our returns terms.
What should I do if my item weight or size exceeds these limits? - Get in touch.
I don't have a printer, how do I return? - Choose the No Printer Required option on the Portal and use the QR code emailed to you to show in the Post Office to get the label and return.
What if I think my item is faulty? - Start your Warranty Service claim process here
Can I exchange my order? - The quickest method is to return your item(s) for a refund and order the right size or colour. However you can choose an exchange when setting up the return on the portal and if the new items are available when we receive your parcel we can carry out your instructions. Note, we don't reserve stock for exchanges.
How long to refunds take? - Please allow up to 3 working days for us to open, check and process your return. However we are often much quicker.

Return Parcel Collection
How does this work? - Once you have got your Print at Home label go to send.royalmail.com/collect and use the Tracking Reference to book a convenient collection for your parcel. Confirm parcel info and suitable date and Royal Mail will collect.
