We have updated our payment systems for mobile payments taken online, as part of this update some refunds will need to be processed manually back to you when you return an order. This update affects a small percentage of returns.
When you return an order that is affected we will email you to let you know and you will be sent a Credit / Refund email to add your card details to receive your refund. This email will come from our payment provider Blink Payments.
If you have not received the email then please check junk, or alternatively reply to your email from us and we can send you the link again.

3. Refunds take around 2-3 working days as normal depending on your bank provider.

Why can't you refund without me entering my card details?

When will I get my refund once I add my card details?
Refunds are processed immediately as usual and can take 2 - 3 working days to get back to your account. Often it is much quicker than this.
My card has changed, do I have to use the same card I used to pay for the order?
No, you can request a refund on alternative card if you wish.
